(“Foamix”) (Nasdaq: FOMX), a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing proprietary topical therapies to address unmet needs in dermatology, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market conditions, $70,000,000 of its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. All of the ordinary shares to be sold in the offering will be offered by Foamix. Foamix also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ordinary shares sold in the public offering on the same terms and conditions.
